🌱 Mepiquat Chloride

Spray Mepiquat Chloride at 20 grams active ingredient per hectare, 60 days after sowing.

🌼 Prevention of Flower & Boll Shedding

To prevent flower and boll shedding, spray Acimon or Planofix at the recommended concentration.

Apply the first spray at the bud formation stage.

Apply the second spray at the boll formation stage.

✂️ Detopping

🌾 R.S. 875: In R.S. 875, detopping 35 days after sowing increases yield.

🍃 Defoliation

Defoliation should be carried out at the recommended stage to help open fully developed bolls.

Drop Ultra

When 50–60% of the bolls have opened, spray Drop Ultra at 50 grams per 150 litres of water per bigha.

🌿 To Control Excessive Growth: Spray Lyocine at 5 ml per 100 litres of water 90 days after sowing.

🌾 Yield

The expected yield varies according to the type of cotton variety.

🌱 Non-hybrid Varieties 5–6 quintals/bigha
🌿 Hybrid Varieties 7–8 quintals/bigha
📌 Expected Yield: Non-hybrid varieties: 5–6 quintals per bigha. Hybrid varieties: 7–8 quintals per bigha.
